Princess Lainey

After breakfast we ran through Adventure Land. We had a great Skipper on the Jungle Cruise, all of us rode the Magic Carpets of Aladdin, and Logan was amazed by the birds of the Tiki Room Under New Management.

After Adventure Land the guys and girl split up. Lainey had an appointment at Bibbibiti Bobbitti Boutique at 1pm and Ed and Jason wanted to get Logan's haircut at Harmony Barber.

Lainey's transformation was so amazing it brought tears to my eyes. Her Fairy Godmother was so sweet. She requested classic fairytale Princess hair, blue and purple eyeshadow and pink fingernail polish.

Ladies and gentlemen...I am proud to present Princess Lainey!!!

The Magic Kingdom was Amazing!

On the way....

We got to Magic Kingdom before they opened. Ed mentioned to one of the cast members that we had breakfast reservation and he let us in. We felt like royalty. It was amazing....walking down Main Street...just us! Talking in all the sites with out 100s of people blocking the view. All the cast members greeting us as we made our way to Crystal Palace.

We have only just begun....

Sorry I didn't post yesterday I was asleep at 8pm last night. The ride down was long and uncomfortable. The jeep got really small after about 3 hours. We stopped at the infamous travel restauarnt..."Cracker Barrel!" Logan and Lainey slept most of the way. Logan woke up every few asking begging, "my bed please". Lainey was complaining because she couldn't stretch out. Jason started the drive and gave up around midnight. Ed (the one that can drive all night with out getting sleepy) made it till about 3am. So, Julie to the rescue, I plugged in the iPod and sang my way to Disney. I woke everyone up when I saw the first Disney billboard.

We got to Pop Century around 7am.

Checked in and off we went to Hollywood Studios.

We took Disney transportation. (Highly recommended) It is wonderful not to have to park and tram or walk to the gate. They drop you off right at the entrance. We had already rode Aerosmith's Rocking RollerCoaster and the Tower of Terror by 9m.

Logan was extremely tired but he was able to meet JoJo and Goliath. He also got Handy Manny's autograph.

Logan spent the majority of his day in the stoller.

Logan loved the 3D Glasses that he got to wear during Muppets 3D!!

We left around 4:30pm. We ate supper at the resort and then crashed. The drive and a long day finally took its toll on all of us.

Today Magic Kingdom.....

The day has finally arrived....

We started counting down about 72 days ago but today is THE DAY! We are leaving around 7pm. We are packed and ready. We made a list of the "not to be left behinds." The kids will hopefully sleep through the night and when they awake we will be on Disney property. Lainey is going to be turned into a Princess on Sunday. Logan will get to see MickeyMouse ClubHouse in person on Sunday also. I can't wait to see the look on his face.

The Doctor

Lainey has a sinus infection and Logan has a horrible ear infection!
Drugstore here we come. Dinner with a side of antibiotics.

Oh No!!!

Logan and Lainey are sick. 8 days before we leave for Disney. They have doctor's appointments today. Personnally, I think Logan just wanted a little bit of mommy time last night.

Countdown to Disney!!

Finally, we are going to Disney! It's been five years since our last trip. This will be Logan's first trip. Harmony Barber here we come. Poor Logan looks like he has a mullet. I have been letting his hair grow just so we can get his hair cut at the most magical place on earth. Lainey has an appointment at Bibbitti Bobbitti Boutique. She is going to be turned into a Princess. Not that she already isn't!
